These Terms are an agreement between you and TopDog Collective LLC (operating the TopDog Labs apps and website). By accessing or using TopDog Labs apps and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
TopDog Collective LLC (operating as TopDog Labs) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The apps, including their original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of TopDog Collective LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of the apps. You also agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that our services will always be available or uninterrupted. We may update apps to add features, fix bugs, or respond to security needs. These updates may be required to continue using the services.
In no event shall TopDog Collective LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the apps after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
